Big Adventures. Prize Catches.

Twin Islands offers guests inland waters fishing charters. This includes fishing for salmon and assorted rockfish. If your adventurous soul is looking for halibut, we will arrange a halibut charter company to pick you up at our dock. We use local guides who have been fishing these waters their whole lives. All of our guides are Coast Guard certified, and our fishing boat accommodates up to six people. We will provide all bait, tackle, and gear, including Xtratuf® rubber boots, rain jackets, and life vests, as well as a gourmet boxed lunch to enjoy.

You can pre-purchase your fishing license online or pick it up in town.

Sitka, Alaska, is home to the best saltwater fishing in the world, bar none—and it’s all mere minutes from Twin Islands Retreat. A variety of prize catches are found in Sitka Sound, including all five species of wild Pacific salmon: chum salmon, king salmon, pink salmon, silver salmon, and sockeye salmon. Monster halibut, rockfish, lingcod, sablefish, and cod are plentiful, too.
